Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within the stated timeframe at checkout. Estimated timelines are provided conservatively and many orders ship sooner.

Shipping Transit Times
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier and may occasionally exceed estimates. While delays can occur, the vast majority of shipments arrive successfully.

If tracking shows movement, the package is still in transit. We do not have access to additional tracking information beyond what is provided to you, but we are happy to assist if a package appears lost or stalled for an extended period.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (unless otherwise specified) with tracking provided once the order leaves our shop.

International Shipping
We do ship internationally. Customers are responsible for:

  • Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees
  • Understanding their country’s import regulations

International shipments may experience longer transit times due to customs processing and local carrier delays.

Freight Forwarders / Proxy Addresses
We understand that some customers use third-party forwarding services or proxy addresses.

  • Orders shipped to a U.S. forwarding address are considered delivered and complete once tracking shows delivery to the provided U.S. address.
  • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays that occur after the package has been delivered to the forwarding service.
  • Any issues that occur after delivery must be handled directly with the forwarding provider.

Shipping Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit before delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a claim.

Returns / Exchanges (Shipping-related)
Due to the nature of small-batch production, all sales are final unless an item arrives defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Replacement Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Quality Standard
Each piece is individually machined and finished. Minor variations, surface marks, or subtle imperfections are a normal part of the process and are not considered defects.

Defects & Issues
If your item arrives with a clear functional issue or major defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos and/or video
  • Description of the issue

We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.

Replacement Eligibility
Approved issues will be handled at our discretion and may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement (if inventory allows)
  • Partial refund

We do not guarantee replacements due to limited production.

Time Limit on Claims
All claims must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Requests made after this window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

International Orders & Proxy Addresses
For international orders and shipments to freight forwarders or proxy addresses:

  • The 48-hour inspection window begins once tracking shows delivered to the provided address.
  • We are not responsible for damage, loss, or issues that occur after delivery to a forwarding service.
  • Claims must be made within the stated timeframe regardless of forwarding or reshipping delays.

Wear & Use
Normal wear, break-in, or changes that occur after use are not considered defects.

Final Determination
All return, repair, and replacement decisions are made at our discretion.
